My story “The Book” (from Stories for Nighttime and Some for the Day) was recently included in the new Library of America anthology American Flash Fiction, and there will be an online event celebrating its release this Wednesday, October 7, from 3:00 – 4:00pm Pacific Time, featuring contributing writers Lynne Tillman, Venita Blackburn, and myself, reading our stories + other stories from the volume, and talking with editor David Ulin about writing in general and flash fiction in specific. Come on out (to the Zoom!); there will be time for Q+A with the viewers at the end.
